→ 350g Súbito Barbacue
→ Filo Pasta
→ Grated cheese
→ 2 tbsps olive oil
→ 2 tbsps butter or 1 egg


Delicious low fat sacks rich in protein. Oven baked without frying!


  • Preheat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil, sauté Súbito Barbecue for 3 minutes and add the grated cheese and let cool.
  • Extend the filo pasta sheets, cut into squares and add a small amount of Súbito in the center of each square. Close the sacks joining the 4 corners. Paint the surface with butter or beaten egg.
  • Bake for 7 minutes.
