Ingredients

→ 350g Súbito Curry
→ 4 zuchinni
→ 1 Tetra Brik pumpkin cream
→ Cheese mixture
→ 2tbsps olive oil
→ Salt

ELABORATION

  • Cut the zucchini into horizontal slices.
  • Place the slices in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Preheat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil, sauté Súbito.
  • In an oven dish, cover the base with slices of zucchini and pour half a package of Súbito Curry. Cover this with ½ Tetra Brik of pumpkin cream, zucchini slices and the leftover Súbito. Top off with a final layer of zucchini slices, the remaining pumpkin cream and grated cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
