→ 350g Súbito Bolognese
→ Precooked lasagna pasta sheets
→ 1 béchamel Tetra Brick
→ Cheese for gratinée
→ 2 tbsps olive oil


A tasty and juicy dish that provides a good amount of calcium from the cheese and béchamel. We also obtain large quantities of proteins and carbohydrates. A dish that provides macro and micronutrients.


  • Preheat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil, sauté Súbito Bolognese for 3 minutes.
  • In an oven dish, cover the base with a 1/3 of béchamel, add the slices of precooked pasta and cover the sheets with half a portion of Súbito Bolognese. Over this another 1/3 of béchamel, pasta sheets and the leftover Súbito. Top off with another layer of pasta sheets, the remaining béchamel and grated cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
