→ 350g Súbito Curry
→ 75g flour
→ 1 liter of milk
→ 2 tbsps olive oil
→ Bread crumbs
→ 1 egg

  • Preheat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil and sauté Súbito Curry for 2 minutes and leave aside on a plate.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan, once hot pour the flour and sauté. Then pour milk little by little while stirring with a beater. Once a certain consistency is acquired, add Súbito curry and reduce until a croquette texture is obtained.
  • Allow the dough to cool and form croquettes of the desired size. Soak in egg, cover with bread crumbs and fry with plenty of oil.
