→ 350g Súbito Bolognese
→ 2 eggplants
→ 1 fried tomato can
→ 200g béchamel
→ 200g grated cheese
→ 2 tbsps olive oil


A detoxifying recipe that is rich in potassium and proteins, which contributes to good muscle performance.


  • Clean the eggplants, slice them in half and make cuts in the flesh without breaking the skin. Place them in an oven dish, season them, pour a bit of oil on them and bake them at 200º c for 20 minutes. When the eggplants are done, remove the flesh carefully and dice it.
  • Preheat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil, sauté Súbito Bolognese for 3 minutes, add the eggplant flesh.
  • Fill the eggplants with Súbito, add two tablespoons of tomato and cover everything with béchamel. Add cheese to your liking and bake for 5 minutes.
