This type of technology ensures that the products preserve the quality and quantity of minerals, vitamins, fiber and proteins necessary for our body. The product is subjected to a temperature of -90ºC preventing the development of various microorganisms, maintaining the quality of the product and avoiding the loss of each and every one of its nutrients.
